How long does it take to adopt?

You have some control in how long your adoption will take. The sooner you get all of your paperwork and homestudy completed, the sooner we will be able to start showing your profiles.

What can I do to speed the process up?

Complete your paperwork and profile, homestudy and all of the documentation required in a timely manner. Also, if you are not gender specific and are open to all situations, this will speed up the process. But, remember that truly you have to wait until "your" baby is here.

What makes your agency different from other agencies?

We spend a lot of time with our adoptive families. We like to support you with what you truly need. We like to help you identify your strengths and focus on those as you walk into this new phase in your life. We understand, because we are each adoptive parents ourselves, what you are going through.

Can we adopt even if we already have a large family or are a single parent?

Of course you can! Please address concerns of this nature with our Adoptive Parent Coordinator. She can help you put your fears at ease while keeping your expectations realistic.

If we have to travel, what does that generally cost us?

As you can imagine, there are all different ways to accommodate travel. We can give you ideas to reduce your travel expenses.
